1 tblsp fresh dill
1 tblsp made mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 litre buttermilk

Chop the dill, cucumber and shrimps or prawns. Put in a blender with the mustard, salt and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Stir in the milk, chill and serve.
