300g (12 oz) melon or grapes, seeds removed 200g (8 oz) fresh pineapple 200g (8 oz) apricots or kiwi fruit 100g (4 oz) mandarin segments or strawberries 200 ml (8 fl oz) orange, apple or grape juice |

Cut all the fruit into similar sized pieces (large grapes can be cut in half, smaller ones left whole). Cover with the fruit juice and leave in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavours to blend.
Serve with real or fake cream.
