Vegetable Recipe:

4 Servings


350g (12 oz) peas, fresh or frozen
60g (2 oz) butter
1 small onion, diced
½ red pepper, diced
60g (2 oz) ham diced
 
Gluten-free
Egg-free
Nut-free
Sugar-free

Cook peas.

Meanwhile, fry onions in butter for 5-7 minutes until golden. Add red pepper and ham and cook for a further 3 minutes.

Drain the peas. Combine with onions, pepper and ham. Check seasoning and serve in a warmed serving dish.
