350g (12 oz) peas, fresh or frozen 60g (2 oz) butter 1 small onion, diced ½ red pepper, diced 60g (2 oz) ham diced |

![]() Cook peas. Meanwhile, fry onions in butter for 5-7 minutes until golden. Add red pepper and ham and cook for a further 3 minutes. Drain the peas. Combine with onions, pepper and ham. Check seasoning and serve in a warmed serving dish. | ||
