Side Recipe:

6-8 Servings


500g (1 lb) cranberries
180g (6 oz) castor sugar
125ml (¼ pint) water
 
Meat-free
Gluten-free
Low-fat
Dairy-free
Egg-free
Nut-free
Cranberry sauce

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until berries are tender. Turn into a serving dish and allow to cool.
