400ml can prunes, stoned and chopped
1 orange, rind and juice
1 lemon, rind and juice
1 level tblsp cornflour or arrowroot
2 tblsp water

Combine prunes and juice in pan with fruit rinds and juices. Bring to the boil.

Blend cornflour or arrowroot with water, and stir into the hot mixture until evenly mixed and thickened. Serve hot.
