1 tblsp toasted sesame seeds
2 chopped spring onions

Cook bean sprouts until tender in boiling water. Drain and stir a little sesame oil into the sprouts, then add soy sauce, sesame seeds, onions and pepper. Continue cooking very gently until all the seasonings have been absorbed.
