Baked salmon

2 Servings

225g tin pink salmon
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper
130ml cheese sauce
1 small tin tomatoes
120g grated cheese
 
Low-carb
Low-fat
Egg-free
Nut-free
Sugar-free

Mash salmon up and place in an ovenproof dish.

Cook onions very gently in a little water until very soft. Drain and spread over the top of the salmon. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix cheese sauce and tomatoes together and pour over. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a hot oven until browned.
