Party Recipe:

4 Servings


300g (8 oz) unsalted cream cheese
250 ml (½ pint) double cream
1 level tblsp castor sugar
2 egg whites
250g (8 oz) raspberries or strawberries
 
Meat-free
Gluten-free
Nut-free

Rub cheese through a sieve with the back of a wooden spoon. Mix with cream. Stir in sugar.

Stiffly whisk egg whites. Fold in to cream and cheese mixture.

Spoon into a non-stick heart-shaped mould, levelling top. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, turn out and decorate with raspberries or strawberries.

Serve with cream.
